Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases for large-scale applications using Exadata infrastructure.
- Lead a team of DBAs to ensure high availability, performance, and security of production databases.
- Develop and execute database migration plans to upgrade or migrate databases from one version to another (e.g., 10g to 11g).
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex database issues related to data integrity, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements :
- 8-16 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA) role with expertise in Exadata architecture.
- Solid knowledge of patching procedures for Oracle RAC environments.
- Experience with Dataguard replication technology for disaster recovery purposes.
- Proven track record in leading teams of DBAs in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
