Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for home loans through field sales, referrals, and channel partners
- Counsel customers on home loan products, eligibility, and interest rates
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income, property papers)
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for loan approval
- Ensure timely login, sanction, and disbursement of loan cases
- Maintain customer relationships and provide post-disbursement support
