Hiring: QA Lead Automation, Manual & Backend Testing
Location: Mumbai | Full-time
Experience: 8–12 Years
Leadership: 4+ Years
We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead who can drive end-to-end quality across Web, Mobile & API/Backend applications.
Mandatory Skills:
• Solid Manual + Automation Testing
• Web Automation – Playwright / Selenium / Cypress
• Mobile Automation – Appium + WebdriverIO
• API/Backend Testing – Postman / Rest Assured / Karate
• Strong SQL & Database Validation
• CI/CD – Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps / GitLab
• Agile/Scrum, SDLC/STLC & Defect Management
• QA Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Jira + TestRail/Xray
Preferred: Banking/Fintech, Payments, KYC, OTP, PCI-DSS/RBI/NPCI exposure.
We are specifically looking for a technical QA Lead who is hands-on with automation, manual, API/backend testing and team leadership.
