- Develop and execute sales and supply plans for Specialty Gas and Specialty Adducts.
- Provide accurate Specialty Gas and Specialty Adduct demand numbers to PPC for production and supply planning.
- Coordinate with PPC, Operations, Logistics, QA/QC, and other relevant functions to ensure timely product availability.
- Ensure timely delivery of Specialty products to domestic and international customers.
- Track MEGCs to ensure effective availability and movement of containers.
- Coordinate PESO approvals and other applicable regulatory requirements related to Specialty business.
- Monitor service invoices and follow up for timely customer payments.
B. Business Development & Customer Relationship Management
- Support sales execution and achievement of assigned business targets.
- Identify and develop new customers for Specialty Gas and Specialty Adducts in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing Specialty customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to ensure effective fulfilment.
- Develop and submit competitive price offers to domestic and international customers.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing and new customer segments.
C. Audits, MIS, Costing & Budgeting
- Coordinate and support customer audits and internal audits related to the Specialty business.
- Prepare quarterly estimates and provide relevant business inputs for financial planning.
- Support Specialty budgeting and monitor business performance against approved plans.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, costing reports, and business presentations for management reviews.
- Develop and present COM/business review presentations with accurate and relevant business information.
D. Agro Customer & Product Management
- Coordinate and complete product- and customer-related activities for key agrochemical customers.
- Coordinate with internal functions to address customer requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor customer-specific commitments and proactively resolve issues affecting delivery or business continuity.
