Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement training strategies for Mortgage, Home Loan, and LAP businesses across the zone.
- Conduct induction, product, process, sales, and compliance training for branch and sales teams.
- Identify skill gaps and design learning interventions to improve productivity and business performance.
- Ensure employees are updated on lending policies, underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and performance metrics.
- Partner with Business, Operations, Credit, and HR teams to drive capability building and support business growth.
- Lead and mentor regional training teams to ensure consistent learning delivery across the zone.
- Drive digital learning initiatives and maintain training compliance across all locations.

Preferred candidate profile





- Minimum 12+ years of experience in the Mortgage, Home Loan (HL), or Loan Against Property (LAP) domain, with a solid understanding of products, processes, and lending operations.
- Proven experience in training and capability development for sales, credit, operations, and branch teams.
- Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to retail lending.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, assessments, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ability to manage training delivery across multiple locations and support business growth through effective learning interventions.
