- Lead the preparation of Investment Tools containing financial and commercial information required to assess business opportunities and support further validation and approval.
- Collect and review cost sheets from the Solution Design team to determine the costs associated with proposed business activities.
- Collect BCAs and relevant information from Chance Owners, including revenue, expected GP, commercial terms and conditions, and other key assumptions.
- Analyse the collected data and develop appropriate financial and operational assumptions.
- Ensure the Investment Tool accurately reflects project financials, risks, assumptions, and business requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of assumptions and iterations made during the development of the Investment Tool.
