Customer care executive for Pune and Ahmedabad Location

We are hiring for Customer Support Executive role in Pune/ Ahmedabad Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Details:

* Job Location: Pune/Ahmedabad

* 5 Days Working

* 2 Rotational Week Offs

* Rotational Shifts (Mostly Night Shift)

* Cab Facility Available in Odd Hours

* Process: Customer Care Executive.

Eligibility:

* Excellent Communication Skills in English

* Comfortable with Rotational/Night Shift

* Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply (if suitable)

* Candidates ready to relocate to Pune and Ahmedabad are welcome

Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries through call or chat support.

* Provide accurate and timely resolutions

* Maintain qualified communication with customers

* Escalate issues when required

* Update customer interaction details in system

* Meet quality and productivity targets

Salary Package:

* 26,000 to 36,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
