Ensure SLA, KPI, & CSAT targets are achieved
Ability to handle escalations & challenging situations.

Minimum 1 year of on-paper Team Leader experience in International BPO
Experience in Voice or Blended process
Excellent communication & team handling
Comfortable in rotational shifts
