- Handle end-to-end white collar recruitment for Oil & Gas/Construction/EPC/Infrastructure industry clients requirements
- Understand and source roles such as Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical Engineers, Project/Planning Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Supervisors, and so on.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates through job portals ( Naukri.com, Shine.com, LinkedIn, ApnaJobs, etc.), referrals, and networking
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project timelines
- Build a robust database of skilled technical professionals
- Coordinate interviews, client approvals, documentation, and onboarding
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures
