Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Fast Formula, and Enterprise Workforce Scheduler (EWS).

The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Time and Labor and workforce scheduling solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of HCM processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion configurations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Time and Labor (OTL).
- Configure time entry, time capture, approvals, validation, processing and time valuation.
- Develop, configure, test and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas.
- Implement and support Enterprise Workforce Scheduler (EWS) functionality.
- Configure workforce scheduling, shift planning,



rosters and rotation patterns.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Fusion functional solutions.
- Perform functional testing, UAT and regression testing.
- Support production issues, incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks and user guides.
- Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports and extensions.
- Ensure Oracle HCM configurations follow implementation best practices, governance and compliance standards.

Candidate Profile

- 5–9 years of relevant Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle OTL Functional.
- Strong experience in Fast Formula development, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with EWS / Enterprise Workforce Scheduler or equivalent workforce scheduling solutions.
- Strong understanding of Core HR, Absence and Payroll processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional configuration and testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting workplace.
