- Monitor sales, profit margins, customer footfall, basket size, and store profitability
- Identify issues if performance is below target.
- Analyze data and explain the reasons behind good or poor performance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Highlight business risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Support leadership with data-driven decision making.
- Build automated reports and dashboards instead of manual Excel files
- Create PowerPoint presentations for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Preferred candidate profile
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analytics, MIS, Reporting, Business Operations, or Performance Management.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Experience creating dashboards and automation.
- Robust project management and stakeholder management skills.
