We re looking for a Customer Care Executive who can be the first point of contact for AMINU customers and help them have a smooth, informed, and thoughtful experience with the brand.

What Youll Do

- Speak with customers over calls and help them with skincare and AMINU products.
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp/chat, email, and calls.
- Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate information about AMINU products, ingredients, and usage.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations.
- Take ownership of customer issues and provide end-to-end solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns.
- Identify recurring customer feedback and share insights with the team.

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.




- Good understanding of skincare and genuine interest in learning more.
- Empathetic, patient, and comfortable speaking with different kinds of customers.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and grow with a fast-moving team.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role.

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai | In office

Work Days: Monday-Saturday

Timings: 10 AM-7 PM

Salary range: 3- 4 LPA
