Role & responsibilities
Must-Have:
5 to 10+ years of Project Management experience.
Strong experience in the Group Insurance domain with a good understanding of the complete Group Insurance lifecycle (tool-specific experience is not mandatory).
Strong Technical Project Management experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and team management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively identify and escalate project risks, dependencies, and resource gaps.
Experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery.

Positive-to-Have:
Exposure to Group Policy Administration platforms such as Gradatim, GroupAsia, or similar.
Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or PMP certification.
