Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable business solutions using Low Code / No Code platforms aligned with business and digital transformation objectives.
- Define application architecture, workflow design standards, and automation frameworks for platform-based solutions.
- Lead development of complex business process automation, workflow orchestration, and application modernization initiatives.
- Design reusable components, workflow templates, and automation assets to improve development efficiency.
- Drive implementation of Low Code / No Code RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, WorkFusion, Appian, NICE, Rocketbot, AutomationEdge, IBM Automation, or similar tools.
- Define integration approaches between Low Code platforms and enterprise applications.
- Design custom extensions and advanced business logic using Java, C#, or Python when platform-native capabilities require enhancement.
- Design efficient data access strategies, database models, and integration patterns supporting scalable and high-performance Low Code applications.
- Establish platform development standards, governance controls, and solution design best practices.
- Review application configurations, workflow designs, and automation solutions to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Design monitoring, logging, and operational observability practices using enterprise logging and analytics platforms to improve application reliability and operational support.
- Troubleshoot complex platform, automation, and integration issues through detailed root cause analysis.
- Mentor team members on platform capabilities, workflow design, automation frameworks, and development best practices.




- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support end-to-end solution delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, platform adoption, and operational efficiency.
