Job Summary

Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Travel Executives / Holiday Packages Executives for our Travel Process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest or experience in the Travel & Tourism / Holiday Packages domain.

Freshers with good communication skills and candidates with relevant travel experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to domestic and international holiday packages.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, itineraries and package details.
- Handle booking amendments, cancellations and changes in travel plans.
- Prepare package costing and customized travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer assistance.
- Follow up with customers and convert travel enquiries into bookings.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Travel, Tourism, Holiday Packages,



Travel Sales or Travel Operations will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic/international destinations and travel bookings will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a 6-day working environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
