Role & responsibilities:-

Financial Management & Reporting

• Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L;, and cash flow statements

• Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

• Ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards

• Handling project accounting and cost monitoring

Audit & Compliance

- Managing Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit processes

• Coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely closure of audit observations

• Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and corporate policies

Taxation & GST

• Overseeing GST compliance, returns, reconciliations, and assessments

• Handling direct and indirect tax matters

• Managing tax planning and statutory tax compliance Costing & Inventory

• Monitoring cost accounting and cost control systems

• Inventory valuation and stock reconciliation

• Working closely with production and stores teams in a manufacturing setup Banking & Fund Management

• Handling banking operations, fund flow, and working capital management

• Managing banking relationships, loan documentation, and credit facilities .

IPO & Corporate Matters





- Knowledge and exposure to IPO processes and corporate finance structuring

• Ensuring compliance with corporate governance norms

CSR & Regulatory

• Monitoring and accounting of CSR expenses as per statutory guidelines

• Ensuring compliance with Companies Act provisions Reconciliation & Controls

• Performing financial and tax reconciliations • Implementing internal financial controls and process improvements

Team Management

• Leading and mentoring a team of 57 finance professionals

• Delegating responsibilities and ensuring performance standards

Qualifications & Experience

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

• 10+ years of post-qualification experience

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing industry

• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
