- Diagnose and manage urinary tract, kidney, bladder, prostate, and male reproductive disorders.
- Plan and provide appropriate medical and surgical treatment based on clinical requirements.
- Perform urological procedures and surgeries as per expertise and hospital protocols.
- Review and interpret laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic reports.
- Manage emergency urological conditions and provide timely stabilization and intervention.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
- Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation, and operative notes.
- Counsel patients and attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes.
- Adhere to NABH standards, infection-control practices, patient-safety protocols, and ethical medical practices.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality initiatives, health camps, and academic activities as required.
Qualification:
- MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery and MCh/DNB in Urology.
- Experience: Relevant experience in a reputed multispecialty hospital of 5 to 10 years;
- Valid medical registration and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
