- Java developer who has worked on Websphere portal
- Must be MCA/M. Tech/B.Tech/B.E. with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in managing EMS
- Will be working from office in shifts across 24*7

- administration of EMS Tools (HP Service Manager, HP APM, NNMi), UCMDB
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1. Monitoring and administration of EMS Tools (OMI, OBR, Nagios/ APM/RUM/Diagnosticis/NNMi/NPS/Service Manager/UCMDB
2. SLA Administration like Preparation of SLA Reports (daily/weekly/monthly), ensuring SLA Data Availability in tools
3. Follow-up with teams for availability of SLA Data
4. Co-ordinate with Third Party Auditor for closure of SLA Audits
