Job Profile / Responsibilities:

- Market and sell company steel products including Cold Rolled Steel, Hot Rolled Steel, Stamping Components, and Precision Tubes
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new customers and potential markets
- Assist in new product development (NPD) by coordinating customer requirements with internal technical and production teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct client visits to understand customer needs, ensure service satisfaction, and strengthen long-term business relationships
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information
- Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and customer support
- Maintain CRM data and prepare regular sales and activity reports

Candidate Profile / Eligibility:

- Female candidate Fresher
- Full-Time MBA (Sales / Marketing / International Business) from a reputed / valuable university




- Strong interest in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in manufacturing or steel industry
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, confident, and result-oriented mindset
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
