The opportunity: Senior Project Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - Recent Delhi

Responsibilities

- Assist in the formulation, review, and drafting of schemes, guidelines, and implementation frameworks.
- Facilitate inter-departmental convergence and stakeholder consultations to strengthen policy and scheme implementation.
- Develop and strengthen monitoring and evaluation frameworks for departmental programmes and schemes.
- Monitor scheme performance, identify implementation bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions to improve outcomes.
- Undertake research and benchmarking of national and international best practices to support programme improvement.
- Document and disseminate best practices, lessons learned, and success stories from programme implementation.
- Generate analytical reports, policy briefs, and knowledge products to support decision-making.




- Advise the department on communication, outreach, and public awareness strategies, including media and IEC campaigns.
- Foster partnerships with government agencies, development partners, multilateral organisations, corporates, and philanthropic institutions.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of all project outputs, including reports, implementation plans, communication materials, and M&E; frameworks.

Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration
- "Masters in Development Stuides", Post-Graduation in Social Work
- Post-Graduation in Public-Policy/ Public Administration
- "Masters in Gender Studies"

Experience
- Overall 6+ years of experience in Development Sector, Government Departments, Scheme Implementation, Programme Management
