Role & responsibilities

1) Create innovative apparel designs, garment sketches, and fashion collections aligned with the brand identity.
2) Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, silhouettes, and market insights to develop creative design concepts.
3) Prepare detailed technical sketches, tech packs, and specifications for sampling and production.
4) Develop seasonal collections, mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selections.
5) Collaborate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure design feasibility, garment fit, and quality.
6) Review prototypes and samples, provide feedback, and make necessary design improvements before production.
7) Maintain and organize design files, tech packs, fabric swatches, and seasonal collections.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, textiles, and apparel manufacturing
Knowledge of fashion trends, color theory, and fashion illustration
Ability to create original, trend-driven designs and technical sketches
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
