Sales Executive & Customer Care Executive

New Life Healing & Wellness Centre

We are looking for a Female Sales Executive & Customer Care Executive to join our team at Recent Life Healing & Wellness Centre.

We work in the areas of Ayurvedic Products, Life Coaching & Wellness Programs, including specialized programs supporting people dealing with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with incoming leads and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain our Ayurvedic products, wellness services, and coaching programs clearly.
- Convert interested leads into sales and confirmed bookings.
- Build a good relationship with customers and provide excellent customer support.
- Follow up with existing customers and potential leads.
- Maintain basic customer and sales records.
- Handle basic office and administrative work as required.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer service and order/booking processing.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Who We Are Looking For

- Female candidate preferred
- Tamil-speaking female preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Positive attitude with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand customer needs and guide them towards the right product or service.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer care, counselling, wellness, healthcare, or related fields will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
