Inviting applications for the role ofAssociate- P&C; Insurance)

Work location - Noida(work from office)

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing teams and service level targets role for P&C; Insurance Business, Facilitating goal-level creation for the team in line with Business goals and works with managers to ensure the goals are cascade to all associates

Guiding the talent identification and development process for the team

You will be expected to be focused on the Business goals/challenges and know how to solve these using analytics and technology.

Responsibilities

- Review and validate insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness.

- Process claims in accordance with company guidelines, underwriting rules, and regulatory requirements.

- Communicate with clients to gather missing details or clarifications required for claim adjudication.

- Identify and flag errors, discrepancies,



or incomplete documentation for correction or escalation.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims and related documentation.

- Support team members in resolving basic claim issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff as needed.

- Consistently adhere to policies, compliance standards, and turnaround timelines to ensure quality processing.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

- Any Graduate (Except Tech Background)

Preferred qualifications

- Any previous work experience in insurance/underwriting
