We are looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager with proven experience in international sales, digital marketing sales, performance marketing sales, media buying, or agency business development.

The candidate will be responsible for generating recent international clients, managing the complete sales cycle, and driving revenue growth for the agency across global markets.

Role & responsibilities:

- Generate, prospect, and close international clients across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and other global markets.
- Identify businesses seeking digital marketing, performance marketing, media buying, paid advertising, and growth marketing services.
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, discovery, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop new business through LinkedIn, cold calling, cold email, outbound sales, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and key decision-makers.
- Work closely with strategy, digital marketing,



and performance marketing teams to develop customized client proposals and pitches.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue targets, lead-generation, and client acquisition goals.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 3+ years of experience in International Business Development, B2B Sales, International Sales, Agency Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience selling digital marketing, performance marketing, media buying, advertising, or related agency services [Highly preferred].
- Strong experience in US/UK/Europe/Middle East/Australia market sales and international client acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, email marketing, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
- Target-oriented professional with a strong understanding of B2B sales and revenue generation.
