Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Executive to support Indus Actions communications and outreach efforts through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, experience creating digital content for social media and reports, and the ability to produce light video edits for campaigns, events, and organisational communications.

This role requires someone who can translate complex ideas into engaging visual assets while maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

Role Responsibilities

- Design high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, newsletters, presentations, reports, and campaigns.
- Develop infographics, illustrations, banners, event collateral, and branded communication materials.
- Support the communications team in conceptualising creative campaigns and content.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, event highlights, interviews, and promotional content.
- Optimize video content for different digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.




- Ensure consistency of visual identity across all communication channels.
- Maintain and organise multimedia assets and design repositories.

Skills & Expertise

- Adobe InDesign
- Canva (advanced proficiency)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects (basic to intermediate proficiency preferred)

Education & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of qualified experience in graphic design and multimedia production.
- Experience working with social impact organizations, nonprofits, development sector organizations, or agencies is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media content formats and platform requirements.
