ROLE SUMMARY
The selected candidate must be willing and able to divide their working time between India and the United States approximately six months in India and six months in the USAdepending on the company’s operational requirements.
During the U.S. assignment, the candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, vendor communication, and operational reporting. The candidate will also participate in trade shows, coordinate product displays and show-floor activities, interact directly with customers, secure orders, and enter and process those orders accurately. Additional business and operational responsibilities may be assigned as required.
The candidate must be adaptable, highly organized, and willing to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced working environment.
A valid U.S. visa and appropriate authorization permitting employment in the United States are mandatory. Candidates already holding valid U.S. work authorization will be strongly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily business activities between the company’s India and U.S. operations.
- Work directly with the founders and senior management on international business-development projects.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, consultants, logistics providers, and business associates in the United States.
- Travel to the United States for business meetings, conferences, negotiations, site visits, and other legally permitted business activities.
- Maintain transparent communication and timely execution across different time zones.
- Prepare reports, presentations, business correspondence, schedules, and follow-up records.
- Monitor assigned projects and ensure that tasks are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Represent the company professionally during domestic and international meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company and business information.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Any bachelor’s degree; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Three to ten years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
- Excellent coordination, reporting, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to travel frequently between India and the United States.
- A valid U.S. B-1/B-2 visa is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience living, traveling, or conducting business in the United States will be given preference.
- Candidates must comply with all applicable U.S. immigration and employment requirements. Any work requiring U.S. employment authorization may be performed only by individuals holding valid authorization.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, highly organized, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership. The person should have a practical, hands-on approach and be capable of independently managing international coordination assignments.
