Role Summary-

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to drive the architecture, development, implementation, and scaling of multimodal AI solutions for media applications.

The role involves leading AI/ML engineering teams working on video understanding, personalization, search, content moderation, automation, and multimodal AI systems while ensuring scalability, performance, security, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and develop large-scale multimodal AI systems handling video, audio, and image data.
- Design scalable ML training, inference, and data ingestion pipelines.
- Lead development of AI solutions for:
- Scene detection
- Video summarization
- Content moderation
- Annotation workflows
- Multimodal search and discovery

- Design and optimize RAG pipelines using transcripts, video frames, subtitles, and metadata.
- Oversee end-to-end model development, integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Lead technical architecture reviews, sprint planning, and delivery.
- Build and maintain MLOps standards and model lifecycle processes.
- Ensure secure and compliant handling of media assets and user data.
- Mentor ML engineers and contribute to technical hiring, onboarding, and capability building.

Must-Have Skills -





- 610 years of experience in AI/ML, including technical leadership experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on ML Engineering experience.
- Solid expertise in:
- Computer Vision (CV)
- NLP
- Speech Models
- Multimodal Transformer Models

- Strong understanding of GPU optimization and distributed training.
- Hands-on experience with DeepSpeed / Horovod.
- Experience with real-time or near-real-time video processing.
- Experience with MLflow, Ray, and Airflow.
- Experience with KServe and Triton Inference Server.
- Strong knowledge of Vector Databases, RAG, and LangChain.
- Experience designing scalable AI/ML systems and production-grade ML pipelines.
- Strong programming, system design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Good to Have -

- Experience with Broadcast / OTT platforms.
- Knowledge of MAM (Media Asset Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) workflows.
- Experience with Generative AI for Images, such as Stable Diffusion.
- Experience with AI-based video generation.
- Experience working with large-scale media datasets and content platforms.
