- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for infrastructure projects and investment opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
- Analyze Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements, and key financial metrics.
- Support debt funding activities across Pristine Group
- Evaluate investment proposals, feasibility studies, and business cases.
- Prepare management presentations.
- Monitor project performance and compare actual results against forecasts.
- Assist in due diligence, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
- Track industry trends, market developments, and competitor performance.
Qualification:
- B.Com or MBA (Finance) / Master's in Finance or related field.
- Robust understanding of corporate finance, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
