Customer Support and Digital Sales Specialist

Sberbank is currently looking for a Customer support and digital sales specialist to ensure excellent support for Individual clients in our office in Delhi. This role focuses on developing the service & sales and support function for the existing and new Individual clients.

Responsibilities:

Towards Sales:

- Pitching banking products and achieve sales targets

- Follow up on leads and ensure pipeline conversion

- Carry out distance/virtual pre-sales activities including prospect engagement, needs assessment, and product/service explanation.

Towards Service:

- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Providing accurate and relevant information to customers about products, services, policies and procedures

- Resolving customer issues and complaints by investigating the root cause of the problem and offering appropriate solutions or alternatives.

- Conduct outbound service calls to existing and prospective customers to provide information, resolve queries, and gather feedback through surveys.





- Ability to effectively manage and respond to customer queries received through chat, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional resolution.

- Strong typing speed and accuracy with the ability to handle high-volume customer interactions efficiently .

Requirements:

- Good communication and selling skills.

- Proven capability in generating leads, pitching and closing sales for Individual clients.

- Experience in a Contact Center for banking 2+ years

- Positive knowledge of banking products: Knowledge of IT systems.
