We are looking for a result-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive with good knowledge of Audio-Visual (AV) and IT solutions to drive our business growth. The ideal candidate will possess solid industry relationships with corporate clients, architects, PMCs, consultants, MEP consultants, and system integrators to identify and capture new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities for AV, IT, collaboration, and integrated technology solutions.
- Leverage existing industry contacts to generate qualified leads and project enquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end clients, architects, PMCs, consultants, and system integrators.
- Identify upcoming projects and engage with key stakeholders during the design and budgeting stage.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable tech solutions.




- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Maintain sales pipelines, opportunity reports, and customer databases efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to overall company growth.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferred BBA, MBA).
- Experience: 1+ Years in AV & IT Sales / Business Development.
- Key Traits: Strong existing network with corporate clients, architects, PMCs, and consultants; excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
