Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with 10+ years of experience in managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise LAN/WAN environments. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in TCP/IP networking, routing & switching technologies, network monitoring, incident management, and infrastructure upgrades. The candidate must possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to handle complex network issues in a large-scale enterprise environment

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support enterprise-level LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
- Monitor network links and proactively identify performance or connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network outages, latency issues, packet loss, and routing problems.
- Analyze network traffic and protocols, including TCP, UDP, and TCP flags,



for effective troubleshooting.
- Perform software, firmware, and hardware upgrades on switches and routers.
- Conduct routine maintenance, health checks, and network optimization activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal teams for issue resolution and service improvements.
- Create and maintain network documentation, SOPs, and operational reports.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of network services.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Network Operations, Administration, or Support.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, TCP & UDP protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or other enterprise networking platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Wireless, Firewall, SD-WAN, Network Security, and Cloud Networking technologies.
- CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certifications preferred.
- Experience in handling enterprise and data center network environments.
