Qualification: Graduate & Undergraduate.
Experience: Fresher & Experienced.
Shifts: Day shifts for females
Rotational shifts for male.
6 days working (rotational week off)
Salary: upto 17k to 22k ctc
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and skilled manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
