- - Sidak Life Care Pvt. Ltd. is an established Indian manufacturer of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products with a large presence across Africa.
- - The company manufactures and exports a wide portfolio of Rapid Diagnostic Test Kits, Urine Reagent Strips, Biochemistry Reagents and other diagnostic products to international markets.
- - We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager who can strengthen our existing export business and develop recent distributor and customer relationships across Africa and other international markets.
- - Key Responsibilities
- - * Develop new international business for Sidak Life Care’s IVD and diagnostic products.
- * Identify and appoint distributors, importers and institutional customers in overseas markets.
- * Generate export enquiries and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- * Develop and expand business across African markets, along with other international territories.
- * Manage and grow existing international distributor accounts.
- * Conduct commercial negotiations covering pricing, quantities, payment terms and distribution arrangements.
- * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and export offers.
- * Identify opportunities to introduce additional Sidak products with existing customers.




- * Coordinate with regulatory teams and distributors for product registrations in export markets.
- * Work with production, logistics, regulatory and documentation teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- * Track competitors, pricing, market opportunities and distributor activities.
- * Participate in international pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical exhibitions.
- * Travel internationally for distributor meetings and market development when required.
- * Maintain an active international sales pipeline and achieve defined export sales targets.
- - Candidate Profile
- - * Minimum 5 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / International Business Development.
- * Experience in the Pharmaceutical, IVD, Diagnostics, Medical Device or Healthcare industry is required/preferred.
- * Candidates with experience in Rapid Diagnostic Tests or laboratory diagnostics will be strongly preferred.
- * Prior experience handling African markets is highly desirable.
- * Candidates with an existing network of pharmaceutical or diagnostics distributors/importers in Africa will have a significant advantage.
- * Strong experience in international customer acquisition, distributor development and commercial negotiations.
- * Understanding of export processes, payment terms and international trade documentation.




- * Exposure to product registrations and regulatory processes in overseas markets will be an advantage.
- * Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- * Ability to independently generate leads and develop new countries/territories.
- * Willingness to travel internationally.
- - Preferred Market Experience
- - Candidates who have previously handled Africa exports, particularly markets such as Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon and other African countries, will be preferred.
- - Experience in the Middle East, Southeast Asia or Latin America will be an additional advantage.
