Location: Bengaluru (Old Airport Road)Behind Manipal Hospital

Salary: 32,000 – 35,000 per Month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview

Career Guideline is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader (Recruitment) to lead and mentor a team of recruiters while ensuring timely closure of client requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment expertise, team management skills, and the ability to drive hiring performance in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

- Allocate requirements and monitor daily recruitment activities.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.

- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.

- Track team productivity and ensure timely closure of open positions.

- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and performance trackers.

- Train, guide, and support team members to enhance recruitment effectiveness.





- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding process.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Team Coordinator, Client Coordination or in a similar recruitment role.

- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Team Handling, and Stakeholder Management will be preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, and other job portals.

- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
