About the Internship

We are looking for a confident, organized, and proactive HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in candidate coordination, HR operations, and business coordination.

Based on performance, the internship can be converted into a full-time HR Coordinator role.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team, Batch Coordinators, and Placement Coordinators on daily requirements and updates.
- Handle candidate communication and placement-related tasks.
- Manage leads, client discussions, and support business conversion.
- Maintain candidate records and HR documentation.




- Follow up on interview status, offers, and joining dates.
- Assist the HR team with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion..

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
