Role & responsibilities

- Strong hands-on experience in:
- COBOL
- JCL
- DB2
- VSAM
- CICS

- Extensive experience in mainframe application development and support.
- Expertise in maintaining applications in the MVS mainframe setting.
- Strong capability in analyzing and troubleshooting complex mainframe programs.
- Experience in production support, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
- Ability to perform unit testing and ensure quality deliverables.

Functional Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and design optimal end-to-end solutions.
- Develop and enhance existing mainframe applications.
- Investigate and resolve production issues efficiently.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Participate in Agile development processes and ceremonies.
- Support mission-critical applications related to stock plan services and equity compensation.

Experience Required

- 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe Application Development and Support.
- Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong background in production support, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise mainframe systems.
