We are looking for skilled Machine Operators / CNC professionals with 2-10 years of experience for manufacturing, automobile, engineering, heavy machinery and industrial production environments.
Candidates with hands-on experience in CNC Turning, CNC Milling, VMC, HMC, CNC Lathe, machining, machine setting, tooling, dimensional inspection and technical troubleshooting are preferred.
Candidates from ITI, Diploma and Degree-level technical backgrounds with relevant practical experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Operations: Setup, adjust, and operate CNC/VMC milling machines for daily production batches according to engineering drawings and job sheets.
- Setup & Tooling: Load raw materials into fixtures/vices, dial in work offsets, touch-off tools,



and load/verify G-code programs.
- Quality Control: Inspect initial and finished components using precision instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges) to ensure required drawing tolerances.
- Process Adjustments: Monitor machining performance, perform tool wear offset corrections, and replace worn inserts/tools to prevent non-conformance.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform basic preventative maintenance (cleaning, chip removal, coolant level checks) and strictly follow 5S and workshop safety norms.
