Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate having good experience to handle customer complaints and customer support in automotive industry.

2. Customer compliant analysis and improvement plan preparation

3. Warranty parts Collection from Customer & Analysis

4. To carryout Process Self Audit and report preparation

5. SQA Portal QPIR report generation for defect parts.

6. New Project Activity carry out Testing & Analysis.

7. Durability Vehicle Tear Down Analysis & Report Submit to customer.

8. Valuable system knowledge in SAP/ERP/ISO TS & MS office

9. Good communication skill & Interpersonal skill.

Preferred candidate profile

Customer quality engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry.
