About The Role:

- Engage with parents and students through Google Meet.
- Explain STEM-based learning programs for Grades 1 to 8.
- Guide prospective students and parents toward course enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging online counselling sessions with students and parents via Google Meet.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and learning needs to recommend suitable STEM and technology-focused courses.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents by providing personalized guidance and addressing their queries.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead engagement and counselling to successful enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.
- Update lead status, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
- Deliver an exceptional counselling experience while maintaining professionalism, effective communication, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Candidates with a background in Science,



Electronics, or Engineering will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language are preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, Counselling, Telecalling, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to conduct virtual counselling sessions confidently.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales and enrollment goals.
- Good follow-up, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office is preferred.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
