Recruitment Lead / Team Lead – IT Recruitment

Key Requirements

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Proven experience in a Lead / Team Lead role with the ability to manage and guide a team of recruiters.
- Robust experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, particularly Contract Staffing / C2H hiring.
- Prior experience handling recruitment requirements for Tier 1 IT companies / MNC clients.
- Strong understanding of the contract staffing business, including sourcing,



screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and joining follow-up.
- Experience managing multiple requirements and delivering profiles within defined TAT and hiring targets.
- Good knowledge of IT skills, recruitment channels, job portals, and candidate market trends.
- Strong client coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor recruiters, monitor team productivity, and drive closures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
