Talent Acquisition Executive

Education: MBA (HR), MHRM, MSW (HR) or other relevant degrees

Position Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate closely with business stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, LinkedIn, and direct sourcing.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and offer discussions.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.

Preferred Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in corporate, manufacturing, EPC, or project-based environments preferred.
