Educational Qualification :

• Diploma (Electronics / Biomedical / Instrumentation) with relevant field experience

• B.Tech / B.E in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Biomedical Engineering

Experience :

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Dental or Medical Equipment sales and service support

• Male Candidates only

Role Overview :

The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical sales support of dental equipment.

The role demands solid clinical interaction skills, adherence to SOPs, and a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities :





Technical Service & Support

• Perform installation, commissioning, and calibration of dental equipment at customer sites

• Handle service complaints efficiently with prompt diagnosis and resolution

• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance as per company SOPs

• Deliver online / remote technical support to doctors and clinical teams

• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and call logs

• Workout field visits on AMCs and CMCs with Customers
