Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Windchill Tech Lead with 810 years of expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Windchill PDMLink. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical design, configuration, customization, integration, implementation, upgrade, and migration activities. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality PLM solutions and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, configuration specifications, and implementation plans.
- Lead Windchill configuration and customization activities to meet functional and technical requirements.
- Support PLM implementation, upgrade, and migration initiatives across the project lifecycle.

Windchill Development & Configuration

- Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink components, workflows, lifecycle states, user roles, and access controls.
- Develop, review, and enhance Windchill customizations and integrations in alignment with solution standards.
- Support data migration, validation, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Apply structured methodologies for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end package-based solutions.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on architecture, coding standards, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for application and technology integrations.
- Communicate technical solutions, dependencies, risks, and progress updates to internal and client stakeholders.

Delivery & Support

- Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, process mapping, effort estimation, testing, and release management activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to design, configuration, migration, deployment, and support.

Required Technical Skills

Windchill PDMLink

- Strong hands-on expertise in Windchill PDMLink configuration, customization, implementation, upgrade, and migration.

PLM Delivery

- Experience in end-to-end PLM implementations including solution design, process mapping, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Integration

- Strong understanding of application integration frameworks and enterprise system integrations.

Methodologies

- Experience in structured methodologies for defining, implementing, and maintaining package-based enterprise solutions.

Leadership

- Proven experience in technical leadership, stakeholder management, planning, solution reviews, troubleshooting, and delivery governance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in multiple end-to-end Windchill implementation projects.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale PLM transformation programs involving both business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience in project planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping.
- Robust client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
