Job Description

Murex Testing

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements

- Monitor the regular execution of test cycles.
- Initial analysis of test results, to identify potential causes and differentiate systematic issues from development bugs.
- Automate the test cases in MxTest, as agreed with the development team.
- Identify and propose opportunities for further test automation.
- Collaboratively with the dev/Infra teams to prepare and execute.
- Consolidate and summarise the test results.

Skills:

- Must: 6+ of experience in automation of Murex 3.1 testing
- Must: Hands on experience of MxTest based automation of Trade/Event Insertion, Simulations checks, Reporting & XML reconciliation, etc.
- Must: Robust understanding of best practices in Testing and automation.
- Able to generate Mxmls and datamart reports.
- Knowledge of SQL and Murex data model.
- Knowledge of processing scripts and Murex services is a plus.
- Familiarity with standard tooling around Murex ecosystem: Scheduler (Ctrl-M), Linux, Jenkins/Teamcity, JIRA,..
- Familiarity of programming languages such as Java/Python/Shell-scripting etc is big plus.
