Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project schedule and budget.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 8-11 years of experience in program or project management in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of PMP principles and practices (PMP certification preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
