- Carry out painting activities as per production requirements and work instructions.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and removing dust or contaminants.
- Mix paint, thinner, hardener, and other materials according to specified ratios.
- Operate spray guns and other painting equipment properly.
- Maintain the required paint thickness, colour, and surface finish.
Preferred candidate profile
Responsible for carrying out painting operations as per standard procedures, ensuring required surface finish and quality, handling paint materials and equipment safely, achieving production targets, minimizing rejection and wastage, and maintaining safety and 5S standards in the paint shop.
