Team Leader – International BPO | Seller Support
Location: Mundhwa–Kharadi, Pune

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
Shift: Rotational & Rotational Weekoff

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team in an International E-Commerce/Seller Support process.
- Monitor KPIs including CSAT, Quality & AHT.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
- Coach team members and drive performance improvement.
- Ensure process adherence and deliver customer experience targets.
Requirements
- 1+ year of Team Leader experience on paper.
- Mandatory International BPO + E-Commerce/Seller Support experience.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and offs.
