Job Description

We are looking for an experienced *Purchase Manager* to manage end-to-end procurement for our medical equipment manufacturing operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Manage complete *purchase and procurement activities* from PR to PO and delivery.

* Procure *electronic, electrical, mechanical, PCB components, production materials, consumables and packing materials*.

* Identify, evaluate and develop *current vendors and alternate suppliers*.

* Negotiate *price, payment terms, MOQ, quality and delivery schedules*.

* Obtain quotations and prepare *comparative statements* for purchase decisions.





* Ensure timely availability of materials as per *production and inventory requirements*.

* Monitor *vendor performance, delivery schedules and material quality*.

* Coordinate with *Production, Stores, Quality, R&D; and Accounts* departments.

* Handle supplier complaints, rejected materials and corrective actions.

* Maintain *Approved Vendor List, Purchase Orders and procurement records*.

* Drive *cost reduction, inventory optimization and alternate sourcing*.

* Prepare purchase reports and MIS for management.
