Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for RCM profiles such as Medical Coding, Medical Billing etc.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of requirements.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with targets.
