Role & responsibilities

Statutory Compliances

Handle computation, payment, and timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT and other applicable compliances, along with reconciliation of statutory ledgers, returns and payments.

Books Closure

Manage monthly, quarterly and annual books closure, ensure accurate period-end adjustments, and carry out ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.

MIS & Management Reporting

Prepare monthly Books Closure MIS covering revenue, expenses, cash flow and variance analysis, along with management dashboards and financial reports.

VCFO / Finance Support

Support the VCFO/CFO with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, working capital management and financial analysis providing insights for cost control, profitability and decision-making, while helping strengthen financial controls and SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance

Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS and other statutory compliances

Solid Excel and ERP/accounting software skills

Experience in MIS, books closure and financial analysis

Good communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills

*Qualification:* CA-Inter / CMA-Final / MBA Finance
